Return Policy
Total Medical Supply offers a 30-day patient satisfaction guarantee on all unopened supplies. All returns must be preauthorized by the company. If Total Medical Supply accidentally ships the wrong item, the item is defective, or there are any other issues with the supplies, the company will accept returns if received within 30 days. If the return is due to a service error, Total Medical Supply will cover all necessary shipping charges.
Supplies that have been opened, tampered with, altered, used, or expired are not eligible for return. If Total Medical Supply receives such a return, the company will promptly notify the sender and offer the option to either have the supplies returned or disposed of. Any charges incurred for returning opened or used supplies will be the patient's responsibility.
If Medicare or another third-party insurance company remits payment to Total Medical Supply for any returned supplies, Total Medical Supply will promptly notify the insurance company and issue a refund. Any supplies purchased directly by a patient from Total Medical Supply will be promptly refunded for returned products.
